This site is run by Dan Hersam. I originally became interested in personal finance when I was young. After so many years of reading books, web sites and magazines about things like investing, managing your finances and planning for retirement, I picked up some things that I can share with others. This site is a way for me to to do that.
It can also serve as a place to refer people to when they ask me questions about personal finance. Instead of writing up a whole list of sites for each person, I can create the list once.
